Bill Dong
Managing Director
Bill has over a decade of experience in structured debt and commercial finance, managing deals worth over AUD 500 million. He is skilled in loan structuring, risk assessment, and investor relations, and holds a BFin (ANU), MFin Analysis (UNSW), and is a CFA Level III candidate.
Michael Fang
Managing Director
CPA-qualified with strong operational and credit structuring expertise, Michael has been active in residential and commercial mortgage lending since 2012. He holds a Master’s in Finance & Accounting and a Bachelor’s in Accounting & Financial Planning from UTS.
Michael Jou
Risk Manager
With over 10 years of experience in real estate project delivery, Michael has managed developments exceeding AUD 500 million in value. He combines an engineering background with strong execution capabilities and a deep understanding of risk in property finance.
